Booking conditions: Our members request a deposit of up to the rate per room per night which is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made, the deposit may be retained but may be used against a future booking. Our members reserve the right to charge 100% of the full holiday cost if cancellation is made within seven days of the arrival date, unless they are able to re-let the room.
